I have seen this numerous times growing up in Youngstown and passing it on the way to Niles/Warren area. It is interesting to know that President McKinley was born in my area!
We visited the McKinley memorial and birthplace home last Saturday and were so glad we did. The memorial is beautiful and classic with granite pillars set in a peaceful shady lawn. After touring the home, we visited the memorial - however it was closed. We were able to walk around the statues and take pictures. I would call ahead the next time to... 更多
We visited here the week of 6/15. It is an impressive memorial and beautiful building. It's in the center of Niles and you can park on the street in front of the building or the parking lot which is on the left side of the building. When you arrive there is a phone number to call for a tour on... 更多

The staff is local and gracious to... 更多
I took my son to the memorial in March. We were the only visitors but, the employee was nice and we learned a lot about President McKinley from her. I would defiantly recommend taking an hour and visiting this beautiful piece of our past.
