We went during the bluebell season, spring, just lovely through the bluebell forest and a lovely stroll with my little dog, beautiful place, just a shame there is a 2 pound parking fee.

We live not far away, so go to the park quite regularly. We have a favorite circular walk of about 4.5 miles that includes the park, a nearby wood and a path along the canal. The view from the top is spectacular on a clear day, you can see a few counties.
I have spent all my life so far in towns, so I am just starting out on walking in the countryside. I didn't even know things like this existed! A gentle stroll through woods and fields and farms and lanes. I found a walk that took me through the park and into a few parishes and back to the car.... 更多

bluebell city in May, glorious, had a kids park and you can walk around and through it, with or without dogs, i go every week with the dogs they love it
Lovely place for a picnic and a nice stroll round the lake with a few detours on your way round, no entrance fee, just the car parking. Lovely little café and shop.
Visited Hartshill Hayes today with family was such a lovely walk through the fields and woods sun was shining also enjoyed our subway picnic there was lovely. My uncle's ashes are scattered there and there is a plaque with his name on it, was quite emotional seeing that today but what a wonderful place for that to be his last... 更多
