Lovely Pier, remember going here when i was younger, near to the Beach, good Fishing spot in the Winter, really nice walk to the end and back Great !!!!
Worth a walk along the harbour wall, particularly in the crisp winter air with bright sunshine and clear skies. Tremendous views back across the whole Margate bay. Cafe and a bar at the end of the harbour arm.
such lovely views and as the light changes and the tide changes then photos are superb. pleasant to walk along and there is paid parking, needs some parking skills as quite narrow arm

It's a shame the hole town looks warnout. Yes it was a nice day and the beach was packed. But step in from the beach and wow does it want a make over. The sooner the better I think.
For a panoramic view of Margate, this is a great place to take a walk, there is even a bar at the end of the arm to reward your efforts, with real ale and cider. Even live music when we visited, however do walk, parking on the harbour arm isn't cheap. Also I'd not recommend this for anyone with young... 更多
If you are in Margate you might as welll have a walk along the Harbour Arm as Margate does not have a pier. It's a bit grubby and the gulls are no respecters of personal space. Pop into the Harbour arms micro pub for an ale straight from the barrel.
