We took our young granddaughter here for the day and we all had a great day out, there is lots to see and plenty off safe spaces for little ones to walk . She loved having her lunch watching the monkeys playing. This is a clean and well looked after find and we will be back again.
Visited with partner and 19month old grandson, he is a bit young but liked the fish , butterflies, meerkats and the soft play area. A really lovely place to visit. The butterfly house is fantastic and held the interest of adults and children aged from 9 to 4 (younger ones would love it too). I thought on arrival it was expensive to charge a three year old was bad it should be 5 years old. The older lady at the butterfly park was great the younger ones were dreadful it lacked atmosphere we walked around the animals the staff was non excistant we were told they were going to feed the otters two otters... 更多
We love it here, the kids always come away happy and have always learnt something new. My child minder holds annual passes for my children and uses the zoo a lot throughout the year for educational purposes. I would recommend going if you have not before.
Love the butterflies, they are large and exotic with fabulous colouring. The zoo seems to have expanded since we were here a few years ago and has more demonstrations than before; we watched a parrot demo and were surprised at how easily one of these birds can expertly get a walnut out of its shell.
