The walk of 3 kms from city center to Louisa point can put many people off. At one point even I thought of giving up. However, on arriving at Louisa point all the troubles were forgotten. The guides promise you 100's of points in Matheran. In reality, there are hardly a handful of them. Louisa is one and the best... 更多
This is place where 1 can sit whole day, cherish all the good times. the mountains at a distance enthrals you for long! The FOG in winter covers the beauty.. :(

Amazing views, so beautiful and definitely somewhere you don't want to be forgetting your camera! The mountains seem to go on forever and in the sun, all around you looks stunning. Don't really know what else to say! :)

Out of all the points in matheran, this has the best view. You can go to this point around 5 in the evening, spend some time here and head to sunset point. Sunset point is 2.5 km from this point, so you can club both the points conveniently.
