Been a while since my son was in school, but we took several trips to the Museum. It was a very pleasurable experience and enjoyed it tremendously.
When I visited the main gallery had a travelling exhibit I had seen elsewhere, so I focused on the side galleries. They were wonderful, particularly on the second floor. Restaurant is very nice. Outdoor sculpture Garden is kinda sparse, but will likely evolve.
Have not been here in years, stopped by recently to see how the new addition looked. Loved it, the new addition really opens up the museum better, and the natural lighting makes the paintings stand out more
First of all the building itself would be worth a visit if it were empty. However it is filled with multiple rooms of fabulous art. This is a good art museum, especially when they assemble interesting special exhibits. We were there for the Chihuly and recently for the Picasso, both of which were very good. The permanent collection is a little thin so if I am paying to get in (we're used to free art museums), I'd go for a special exhibit. Not a must... 更多
