We skied Owl's Head over the Christmas/New Year break. The views from the top are amazing. The conditions were generally good. I was disappointed that they had a black out on the Grade 4 Ski Canada program for the week which the cashier was slightly snarky about.
Private owned, good ski lessons and condition (you do not have to wait in line !) I recommend this station for the fun , the view and an affordable meal (do not bother to bring your lunch).
On a recent trip to the Eastern Townships, I put my fear of heights to the test by taking a chairlift up to the summit of Owl's Head, during Autumnfest. After reaching the top, we climbed about 50 feet up to the summit. The climb was not easy as there is no man-made path and the rocks and ground were... 更多
Visited in February 2016 with my sister and her family. This is her family's favorite East Coast ski resort and I definitely see why. The mountain is much taller and has many more trails than any resorts near me, and despite the lack of snow this year, it was still great skiing. The exchange rate made Owl's Head cheaper on... 更多
The staff does not smile on arrival. no smiles at the chairs or at the ticket counter , they have no consideration on helping famillies. The Manager was arrogant in front of customers. The safety rules of this ski resort should be looked over. We will never go back to this ski resort and bring our money else where. The... 更多
Used to live near this resort and have skied it many times, great trails and lake view Starting to get into disrepair. Seat pads on chairlift by the lake falling apart, Water fountains in chalet not working, porcelain worn off of sinks in washrooms. People who work there very friendly
Friendly and affordable ski resort with a very good variety of 52 runs and lifts. Not crowded during the week and excellent for young families.
I have been to Owl's Head four times over a 15 year period. First off: It's BASIC. No frills, no Whistler-type glitzy amenities. But, it is really inexpensive compared to other ski areas in the Townships. There are no lift lineups, no "yikes, I hope I don't get run over/into by another skier" situations. I took my kids (then 9... 更多
We went there in late summer, so no ski. But the hiking was great and the environment is stunningly beautiful! The gravel way has a nice view of the lake and the surrounding is very peaceful. Take some snacks with you, I needed some at least. I definitely will go back during the winter.
