We stayed for one night here and loved the setting and quietness. Being mid September, we didn't have any trouble getting a site. The sites are quite large, very level, and have a lot of space around them. Also has a lot of great shade trees. There are trails to walk on with great views of the lake.
We had a hard time finding the location but when we did it was very nice. There was a very nice lady ranger that helped us with weather updates. The campground was very nice along with very clean showers. We wanted water and electrical hookups but ended up with electrical only. We had to work hard to get that working.... 更多
Having stayed at the very nice Ft. Abraham Lincoln State Park near Bismarck, we were hopeful that Lewis & Clark would be equally nice. The campground ended up being quite nice with pretty good sites, many with electricity and water. There were also showers available. However, the scenery is not nearly as nice. It is located approximately twenty miles east... 更多
Stayed in park in our motorhome for about a week while we explored area. Great Wi-Fi in campground and have easy pull thrus. Marina was pretty and looked clean. Little store was good too and park rangers very nice and helpful. Got really crowded for weekend on Friday night. All in all nice campground.
Very nice Campground with lots of sites available in the middle of the week. Lots of flies. Don't use site 34 pull through unless you have at least 75 feet of hose for the water spicket. The lake is very pretty and quite large. If you're heading East from this park, don't use County Road 15 to get back up... 更多
If you want to get out on Lake Sacawea, this is one of the better places to go out of Williston. But that's just about all that's there. there a four information panels on Lewis and Clark, but don't go out there just for that. Minimal items available at the "general store" ranger station and the kayak rentals are for... 更多
Pleasant park overlooking Lake Sakakawea. Mid-week is not busy. Have choice of just electric, electric & water or electric, water & sewer hook ups. Clean bathrooms with showers. Trees provide shade for most sites. Free Wifi at the comfort station. There are a couple hiking trails as well as a beach, although we did not take advantage of that. All... 更多
We stayed here as part of our itinerary to follow the Lewis and Clark trail. Since we were there in mid September, there were hardly any other campers and we were able to pick our camp site. We had great views of the lake. We enjoyed hiking the trails and taking in the sweeping views of the lake and the... 更多
Only had a few minutes but checked out this site. Little bit off main highway. Great area, lots of different things available. $5 donation to get in. RV and camping areas available. Nice views of the river with some information on Lewis and Clark. Great little waystop to hang for a few minutes and get some brief history.
