WE tried to call and get a reservation but no phone call back. We actually drove to the marina on Monday 8/228/16 to find it was closed.. No sign to indicate closed. I called a week prior to my vacation starting and no one mentioned it would be closed... Looks like a beautiful lake and I hate we missed it.... 更多
Absolutely stunning. Crystal clear and amazing Mountain-water views. We stumbled across this lake on our way to Tapoco Lodge and now we can't wait to get back there and explore it more!
Our family consisting of 12 adults and 11 babies and children stayed at the Blue Boar Inn and swam in this lake every day. This lake is so clear it is like swimming in a pool of water. The temperature is perfect! We rented a boat for 2 days and would just stop in the middle and swim. It was... 更多
Outstanding lake, our fam of 6 loved boating, fishing, kayaking, tubing, floating, etc. We have 4 kiddos, ages 5-14, and everyone was content and entertained all week long. Rented a house right on lake, with dock, definitely the way to go! Enough space to spread out and enjoy this gorgeous, fresh water and sunshine!

Beautiful setting amidst mountain ridges. There is a free beach, several boat ramps, picnic areas around the lake. Lots of space for skiing, boating, fishing.

Many parts of this lake can be driven to or seen from overlooks. If you ever saw the move "Nell", you've seen Santeetlah Lake. Damns, pumped storage facilities, upscale houses, etc and it 's remote. Lots of public access put in's and picnic tables.
