Mingo falls is a must see, easy walk up about 160 steps from parking lot. View is definitely worth the climb. Short walk but lots of steps. Good if you want to see a waterfall but don't want to spend all day getting there. There is only a small bridge so not many people can fit up there. It is a beautiful place.
Any time spent with the family is quality time and our hike up to see Mingo Falls was definitely quality time. 159 steps to get your heart rate up, then you are rewarded with a short but beautiful trail leading to one of the best waterfalls in the Smokies.
I personally feel that it is not worth climbing approx 159 stairs and then you get to see this tiny waterfall.Definately not for elderly people as this place is not well maintained.I did not find it interesting at all though,my wife liked it.
Good way to stretch your legs. There is 159 steps. And every step is well worth it to experience the falls. Don't pass this up. Great area to take pictures with the falls behind you. This is not for the faint of heart.....
This is a nice waterfalls. The walk is in the woods and I was told it has 168 steps (although I didn't count them) to a short path to the falls. It was a moderate hike because of the steps. There is a bridge over the small creek so viewing the falls is easy. It is a nice falls for... 更多
