Went to the "Dean Dome" for the first time to see Carolina play my beloved Pittsburgh Panthers in men's bball. First off, I've never seen so much Carolina Blue in one place. There were probably only about 250 Pitt fans in the whole place, which is probably for the best because we got crushed. The arena was a nice venue... 更多
It's great watching the games and you will certainly enjoy all the excitement of the game - the fans are dedicated and love the players......
I'm a huge sports fan who has been to more arenas than I care to remember. This is simply the best place to see a basketball game! The fans are friendly and knowledgable, and their enthusiasm is contagious. The staff could not be more helpful, and they have a very efficient system to handle buses both going and returning from... 更多
Where else would you want to see a basketball game? If you love North Carolina, you have to go sometime in your life. If you don't, still go, it's a great atmosphere!
We didn't have much time, but it was nice to walk thru and take a few pics. It is open daily to the public, interesting to walk the concourse with all the team pics going back through the years.
We were here for our third and final high school graduation ceremony. We always sat in about section 120. A pleasant atmosphere. I really apppreciated the free parking and the chance to park in a handicap area, complete with a 'golf cart' to drive up to the door.
We stopped here on a whim. Didnt realize there was not access to the Dean Smith Center on the weekend. We had to peek through the windows to see just a small corner of the basketball court. Would have loved to have a guided tour of this location. Next time we will check business hours before we plan our trip.
