Other than trying to spot nesting turtles or hatchlings in the relevant seasons there is probably not much point visiting this beach. We tried our luck at the end of the season but we didn't see any turtles. It was a pretty enough spot to hang out for sunrise but as a beach nothing about it stands out
This lovely and fairly isolated beach is easy to reach (only drive all the way in if you have 4WD) and when we were there it was littered with some of the most amazing shells we have ever seen. Serene and lovely, well worth the trip. And take care not to disturb the turtle nesting areas.
I spent hours walking along the white sand getting macros of all the beautiful shells and corals and reef litter washed up on the beach. I had the place to myself. Also a big piece of a wreck - presumably the SS Mildura - is washed up there too. And it's a popular beach for turtle nesting. So... a graveyard...
