This very clean and organized welcome center has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff that you feel like you are visiting their home...and you are. They will even lay out itinerary or schedule a tour guide to help you out.
We stopped here because we weren't sure were to start our trip to the area. The ladies were very helpful & had many suggestions. They also had lots of area information. Don't forget to grab your discount admission coupon (buy one admission get one free)
Great assistance from the ladies at the desk. They know everything. Up-to-date brochures and wonderful information on places to visit. (Nice restrooms, too.)
This is a full service visitors bureau very conveniently located on the main street. In addition to up-to-date walking tour info and the normal brochures you would expect to find, the staff at the Center seem genuinely anxious to answer your questions and assist you in your planning.
Great, knowledgable staff, who were very helpful. They offered suggestions, maps and directions. They were also very helpful for figuring out your schedule. A small display of Saratoga Springs history is in this vintage building across from Congress Park.
They have so much information for anyone visiting the Saratoga area!!! Saratoga has a lot of history and this is a recommended first stop for anyone visiting the Saratoga area. The volunteers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! There are some nice videos to stop and view while visiting!
This center has ALL the information you could ever want about Saratoga housed in one place. There are many brochures and maps available. They are all very well organized by exactly what you are looking for i.e. restaurants, accommodations, etc. They also offer walking tours for a minimal cost. The workers are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
This is a very attractive visitors' center. I loved the horse statue outside. There are framed photos inside, some interesting historical memorabilia, and brochures of things in the area.The woman working the desk was very helpful. Stop in if you are in the arae.
Had out-of-town guests & took the Visitors Center's walking tour of nearby Congress Park. Excellent tour guide, informative, interesting, funny- 90 min. & only $5. Made sure to give him a tip. Visitors Center itself helpful - can tell u what's going on each day in town. Lots of pamphlets to peruse.
