Savuti was very gorgeous! Beautiful nature, but we didn't saw so many animals. Our guide told us that it's not allowed to leave the roads, but then we saw the jeeps of a camera crew from National Geografpic. They were following the Marsh lions and were allowed to ride everywhere. Unfortunately we didn't saw the lions because they had hide... 更多
The game drives in Savute are amazing when the animals are concentrated for water. We were able to watch the Marsh lion pride hunting -- highlight of our entire trip.

One of our favorite stops on our 5 month trip. Bit rustic but absolutely nice place with a fantastic waterhole, u can't get closer... The bar staff could be more enthusiastic at work... but beer - if u get one- is still good ;-)

We have camped there a few times and you have elephants and hyenas wandering through... 更多
To anybody vaguely interested in wildlife this place will take your breath away. To witness these animals in their own environment is a privilege beyond compare. The guides are very patient and aim to show you as much as possible without hurrying you on. This reserve is a 'dream come true'.

However, man decided to interfere by creating watering holes (with a pumping system) in order to help the wildlife (and keep them around in Savute). However, those in charge of making sure that the water is actually pumping into the watering holes should... 更多
