We loved the horse museum even though we are not horse people. The grounds and exterior horse sculptures are spectacular, and interior displays are diverse and interesting. Also, this is on the way to 2 large antique malls, so it makes a nice afternoon of pleasant activity.
This museum is spacious and attractive. Plenty of room to see all the western items including wagons, gun, art, history and a children's area. Fun in Winter or Summer.
This was a lovely place filled with antiques & history. Lots of wagons to show our kids exactly how people used to get around daily or travel. Beautiful displays of everyday items people used with lots of information. Indoors so great winter or summer. There's no touching of the displays so keep an eye on the kids.
Dee Hubbard has done an excellent job with this museum. It is both historic and modern at the same time. We love to stop there whenever we visit and it is worth it. Check it out and you will see what i mean.
Good for history buffs. The 101 ranch story was the best part of the museum. Lots of photos of the old cowboy days in New Mexico. They have a few old firearms, wish they had more of those. I was hoping for some Indian artifacts but they were totally lacking on those. But for 5 bucks admission, you can't beat... 更多
This is a local museum first established in Patagonia, AZ. It was fascinating to see it organized in a way that more fully articulated the life of the original founder. Incredible collection of memorabilia and other western artifacts. This museum is now part of the Smithsonian. The 101 Ranch exhibit was terrific as well as the Textile exhibit.
Excellent, the collection takes you back in time and in the world of the real wealthy ! Beautiful paintings, the dresses, silver, pottery etc.. Wonderful time and pictures.
I love museums. Taking a walk back in history is so interesting to me. The day we went we had a personal tour from a volunteer that was there that day. He told us things about each exhibit that we would not of known otherwise. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
