My wife and daughter took the Antonino to Chama trip today. Road the bus from Chama to Antonio it was a nice ride. We were in the parlor car (21 & up) great views, service and crew. Lunch was a little hectic, but was part of the fun. A must do trip!
My husband and I rode in the parlor car on June 12, 2016 up to Osier. We had excellent service, excellent views, and an excellent time! Definitely will return and we have recommended it to numerous friends!
I am a train enthusiast and had heard so much about the Cumbres & Toltec (CT) either from online reviews or just videos. So I got the family together and took a trip out to NM to ride it. Let me tell you to start off, the reviews and/or videos do not give this scenic ride any justice at all.... 更多
This is the third time I've made this trip. Previous trips were made with my husband and sister. This time we took our 12 year old grandson. You can either go to the midpoint and return or go all they way into Antonito, Colorado. I strongly urge you to take the long trip. You miss some exquisite views if you... 更多
This scenic railroad was a marvelous day trip and is something we may do again in the future. This adventure is worth... 更多

As a native to the area I have watched the San Juan Branch of the D & RGW prosper, decline and die. Like the phoenix the Cumbres & Toltec sprung up again as a tourist train. This was our third trip on it, the first in the early 80's, the second in the late 90's and this one. Each trip... 更多
One thing start in the town of Antonito or Chama. You can decide to go only halfway or take the entire trip. There is a lunch that is included with your ticket. You are served cafeteria style with a choice of four different entrees. The food is only fair. The ride takes you through Desert country into the mountains. It... 更多
This train ride was fantastic. Even before you board, you are allowed to walk around and get to know the train, the employees up close, and not be told to stay away and wait till your called to board. Has a quaint gift shop and a few train cars to explore while waiting. We were in the middle class of... 更多
