Don't expect a lake. It is a small stream, but a very mystic place. Easy walk to it. It grabs you with its atmosphere out of this world.

This spot is very sacred for the Buddhist as the legend goes that the Treasure Finder Guru went into this lake with a burning lamp and came out with the burning lamp. Located about 30 mins drive from Bumthang, the lake is a deep gorge along the flow of the river.
This place has an interesting story behind it. So if you like knowing about local mythology, it's a must see However, it's simple a river with a decent view, so nothing that will blow you away

It is located along the way to the Tang village, and takes about 30 minutes drive from Chamkhar town. It is actually a river and not a lake. There is a small altar next to a bridge with bright multicolored prayer flags surrounding it. There isn’t anything interesting, apart from the legend.
