About 1 1/2 hours from Rockland county, this park is the perfect combination of amusement and water park geared to younger children. On a 90 degree day we all enjoyed the Lazy River too. There are a few water slides for the more daring. The pay one price and no lines can't be beat!
Took our 3 year granddaughter to this combo water park / amusement park. Beautiful rural setting with plenty of shade trees. Place is very clean / neat including restrooms and changing rooms. Staff very friendly. Water park is outstanding - great fun for young kids. Well worth visiting.
went on a Tuesday in July and arrived shortly after they opened. parking is free. the crowd level was very low and stayed that way for the whole day... which meant little to no lines for the attractions and no over-crowding in the waterpark area. waterpark area was very clean and there are tons of chairs so we had no... 更多
This place was a definite gem to experience. The park is separated by rides and a water park for kids and parents. You don't have to rush or feel as if you need to stand on long lines because it's ran at the pace for a toddler. So we were super excited to not feel as if we didn't have... 更多
We went on a Thursday (mid-week) and afternoon thunderstorms were predicted so there were barely any lines. We arrived a little before 10 and got right in (barely any line). Entry fee is 27 dollars per adult and 29 per child over 2. It was also great that parking was free. There were many rides that the kids in our... 更多
I always loved this place it's perfect for a weekend trip during the summer. Love all the rides and the Waterpark. Unfortunately they need to hire more cashiers for the entrance gate or allow online purchasing of tickets. We arrived at 1 and got into the park maybe by 1:45 due to only one cashier on duty. This was the... 更多
First time here but enjoyed. I visited two parks in two days with my children (2 and 4). I visited Camelback waterpark on Wednesday and Land of Make Believe on Thursday. If you are planning to visit these two waterparks, then come to this one first as there's not much for adults and you don't dry out your energies. Kids... 更多
This gem is pure bliss for little kids. The Land of Make Believe is a family owned amusement park that features both a water park and carnival rides. It's surrounded by the Kittatinny Valley, in Hope Township, NJ. It was specifically built for small kids, so it's set up perfectly for families with youngsters. This amusement park has a 'county... 更多
First time here with my 5 and 3yr old. we had a great time. We did go on a Friday and it didn't seem too crowded. We also got there 20 min prior to opening so we got our tickets fast and got shaded chairs by the pool. You can take food or buy it there. it was very clean.... 更多
