This pub has a great "old time" ambiance. When we were there, a group was playing Irish music. The authentic brick walls are decorated with a local artist's paintings, which were for sale. Their jerk wings are among the best I've had. Service and prices were great. This is a pub worth visiting and revisiting.
Little gem we walked into with a decent selection of craft beer, food and drinks. Great chicken wings, lobster salad, and almost any other item you may desire. Bar atmosphere, so I wouldn't bring kids, maybe in the afternoon hours, but not after 7 p.m. If you like sports, lots of TVs and they were definitely a Boston/NE crowd. Friendly... 更多
The group "Combo Sabroso" appeared at the Press Room on Sat., Dec. 5th playing their rendition of "Salsa/Regge Party". Great vibes as the place was rocking with dancers and a full house of patrons! Each set got better...playing to the wee hours of the night. If you dig great Latin music...watch for their next appearance...come early!
We went here with some friends while the decks where crowded. The service was poor and drinks really weak for the high price. No bar food either as the menu is for the restaurant upstairs and is kinda fancy. Plus side is love music, but I a small place you can't hear yourself think while it's happening.
Not our typical hangout but they had a group there we wanted to check out. Creaky, dark, dank place...some people like that but...given the age of the building that's what you get. Liked the oriental rugs hanging on the wall for acoustic and deco. The seating is uncomfortable, sticky, dated furniture. Some people get into that vibe...I guess it just... 更多
