Dartmouth's campus was beautiful! It was very busy with lots of students and traffic was high, but it was extremely easy to walk around on foot. The surrounding town, Hanover, was very small, but walkable, and it was very nice. There weren't too many stores nearby, only a few blocks worth, but the necessities were there. There were also several... 更多
We went to the library to see one the first print editions of the Book of Mormon. The staff were very nice. We were able to see, handle and photograph the book as much as we wanted to.
We came here for a campus visit with our daughter who is looking a schools for next year. She fell in love with the school. We were here in the autumn and all of the leaves were changing. The grounds are rich in history. Hanover is a nice little town with plenty of good restaurants. The campus also has access... 更多
entire town is actually college, or entire college is a town, I don't know how to decide when one stops and the other starts. I used to live there for many years and it is one of the best experience of my life. If you have kids work hard to provide them with the best education. Dartmouth is one of... 更多

Dartmouth has very good graduate programs (see Tuck and Thayer), but the real focus of Dartmouth is on its undergraduates.... 更多
I am biased, because I attended Dartmouth, but it really is a beautiful place. It's nice to stroll down Main Street or to walk around the Green, which is the center of campus. If you want to go to a good, old fashioned diner-type restaurant, try Lou's, which is on Main Street. It's been there since 1947. The Hood Museum... 更多
It has a lovely campus, doesn't seem overwhelming in size. who wouldn't want to go there. We love the weather, it was just the right temp and we were there in June, the restaurants and little shops around town all within walking distance. The whole place is just quaint and friendly.
