Very simple "museum". The house where Robert Frost is now alongside a busy road. The barn hosts the "museum" which is really just a spot to watch some videos on RF and look at some family portraits and tools. Inside, a plain, white clapboard house...that shows some of the artifacts of the early 1900s when the family lived there. They... 更多
There is not a lot here, but it is a great little picture of the early life of a great poet. Our family had a charming visit, after having discussed Robert Frost and his poetry earlier in the day. The house and many things inside are original, giving a nice vignette of the Frost family and life in that period.... 更多
This was closed when I visited, but I was still able to walk around the farm, including a tranquil walk in the woods past a babbling brook.. Posting the video was met with many thanks for a moment of solitude...
A little piece of history is wrapped up in this beautiful piece of property. I suggest staying for the guided tour to learn about Robert Frost's life here in NH. It's a fascinating look back at a much simpler time. I recommend bringing lunch and having a picnic on the beautiful property. There is a small trail that one can... 更多
One need not know much about Robert Frost or his poetry to enjoy this site, but knowing a little will make it even more powerful. We visited when the house was closed, but you can still tour the fields and forests that so inspired Frost to write some of his most notable work. There's a nice little trail that winds... 更多

The Robert Frost farm in Derry New Hampshire is one of those places you think about seeing and put off but don't do that! It was one of the nicest, informative, relaxing tours of history we ever done. It is a quaint house and fields with a nice trail that is easy to walk and very New England like. the... 更多

Two cars in the lot led us to believe it was open. We knocked, and were told by a man who answered the door that "um,... 更多
Despite the building being closed the Windows let us see interesting displays inside. Country living like our grandparents. The acreage our back provided a lovely place for a stroll or a picnic. We will come back when it's open. We were surprised it was closed on a lovely, warm spring day. ...that [makes] all the difference.
