I have been a season subscriber to the Rep for over 25 years, and have rarely been disappointed. While I have, of course, enjoyed some productions more than others, I have always found the quality of the theatre outstanding: talented actors, clever sets, costumes and staging. Personally, I prefer to be exposed to a wide variety of plays, both classic... 更多
We have season tickets and have not seen a bad show here in 10 years. This season (2016-17) began with a spectacular version of Follies. The ambience is not that great in the lobby. The theater is in the half round so there is not a bad seat in the house.
Just enjoyed Sondheim's "FOLLIES" at The Rep. I couldn't help comparing it to the previous productions (and revivals) of this incredible work that I have seen. The quality of The Rep's presentation is superb... artists, musicians, costumes and lighting all first rate. No, it was not "Broadway Ready" but the very best production I have seen apart from New York... 更多
When visiting home we always try to catch one of the summer Opera's. The outing was Macbeth! This is a very lovely place. The lawn and flowers surrounding the theatre are something to behold. The picnic tables are green a white set under big white tents. I loved the pre boxed dinners you can order a head of time. Theatre... 更多
The Rep is worth a stop whether you're visiting St Louis or live here. This theater is top notch. I've has season tickets for many years and never been disappointed in a production. Quality actors and the sets are amazing. I love the small theater venue...there isn't a bad seat in the house. Prices are extremely reasonable.
I have been going to the Rep for many years. The never disappoint wither it's a main stage production or studio. The acting is very good, and the costumes and set are also well done. The auditorium isn't very large, so no matter where you sit, you will be close to the action.
I've been a subscriber to the Rep for over 20 years. The first show I saw was Steel Magnolias back in 1988... the set was a fully-functional 1950's kitchen, the acting was top notch. I was hooked. The sets and costumes are absolutely amazing. The Repertory Theatre of St Louis has over 17,000 season subscribers, so do call the box... 更多
We are big theater-goers and this is one of our favorite places to see performances in St. Louis. There is not a bad seat in the house. The sets are spectacular in their detail, talent is great, show choices are creative and the ticket prices are very acceptable. This theater is on the campus of Webster University in a suburb... 更多
