At one time, Lovers Lane was on the edge of town but not now. Eugene Field wrote a famous poem about it, but today there is only a marker and some nice homes to drive by.
There's pretty houses to look at as your driving past them, it could be used for waking or jogging and it's very well kept, but other than that it's just another street in town. It shouldn't really be classified as an attraction.
This is a beautiful street that connects central St Joe with the beltway. Many houses are large and stately with large lawns that roll down to the street, old trees and beautiful flowers. The architecture along Lovers Langer is varied: a Victorian next to a 1950's modern house, for example. Well worth a drive by.... or if you are staying... 更多
