This historical model village gives a good view of how the city of Hobart started and what still remains today. You have a map to follow with explanations plus the staff is there to answer any questions. We enjoyed our visit here and found it gave us insight into how the city has changed.
Hubby and I both really enjoyed our visit to Old Hobart Town. You can really appreciate the time and effort it would have taken to reconstruct this historic scene and admire the attention to detail and historical accuracy. Very well done!
We went to Richmond over the Easter Break and as it was Good Friday there was not much open,which was a dissapointment.We went into the model village and it was really great to see what they had done.They have build a replica of how Hobart looked in the convict days complete with people,animals and everything else that comes with life... 更多
