Newly updated self-guided tour is especially well-suited for elementary-aged children. Good interactive and informative displays with thought-provoking questions directed towards students. Worthwhile for adults too. 10 to 30 minutes, depending on your interest.
The photos are amazing. It really shows the relationship between Mark Twain's muse for Becky. My kids loved the little school house portion. They couldn't believe the kids just sat on benches & listened. No electronic boards or ipads/chromebooks.
If you are a fan of Mark Twain, it is a bit interesting. There isn't a whole lot in here except some pictures on the wall, a couple of kid's areas and gift shop. It is included with the Mark Twain Musuem, so if you pay, you may as well check it out.
It's OK. The best part was seeing the proximity to Mark Twain's home and recognizing how they all became such good friends. It's right across the street from the boyhood home. It this is helpful let me know. Thanks.
