Wonderful hike. Make sure to go down the blue trail to the waterfall and caves. The walk along the cliff edge with the lake below is wonderful. Not much of a waterfall but the journey in beautiful. There is a long set of steps 338 to get down and back up, so not for folks that dont like a good... 更多
Wanted a place to hike near Branson and these trails hit the mark! Several trails to choose from which all intersected at some point. Glad we wore hiking shoes and had our trekking poles! Some of the trails were pretty steep and narrow.... Close to the edge of a downhill drop off, but totally awesome! We are novice hikers and... 更多
The wife and I took off early to beat the heat and hike here. The map at the trailhead was outdated a little bit but we managed to find our way through. My suggestion would be to save a better copy to your phone from their website. The farther down the hill you go, the harder it gets. Nothing beyond... 更多
The area is clean and well marked. Several trails from novice to extreme. Pick your trail and head out. Ample parking, public restrooms, marked trails, pet friendly.
Not a bad hike for the area and being located in town. I suggest bringing plenty of water during the summer. To bad some idiot set fire to the old homestead some history lost there. Early spring or early fall is my favorite times for here. During summer it can get busy with all the tourists. If visiting and into... 更多
Truthfully, I wasn't expecting much from a nature reserve so immediately off the busy streets of Branson. I was really happy to find such a great trail system. I took the blue trail to the stone steps and took them down to the intersection where the purple and blue trails intersect. While the purple trail was nice-it is right along... 更多
Searching for places to walk in Branson, we discovered this series of trails. Conveniently located, good parking area. We took the second easiest trail and it was as indicated - doable for our ability level. Trail markers were somewhat confusing so we ended up doing more than we intended, but that was fine, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings!
Located just off Hwy. 76 this little jewel is easy to find and well worth finding. If you need a nature break from the Branson hustle and bustle this is the place for you. There are several trails of different lengths and degrees of difficulty. You can spend as much or as little time as you like. If you choose... 更多
My fiance and I went out here. It's a good hike. There is some sun but mostly shaded. The trails are pretty easy but there is a more rugged optional section. Some parts include significant elevation changed. We enjoyed it and spent about 1.5 hours out there.
Whole family went be aware the steps are quite a workout but I felt was worth it to see the grotto and waterfall. was quite warm so next time would bring water with us.
