In our travels, we love to visit local wineries, and take home a bottle or two from those that we find. We visited Saint Croix, and bought two bottles, but in retrospect, I wonder why. I do not feel like we were warmly welcomed at all. When we described what we wanted, we were steered to wines that were nothing... 更多
We had stopped in here a couple years ago and really liked checking out the wines in a rustic atmosphere. This visit was different. A little too snobby. We felt that the cost of the wine is a little high too. It's too bad. We won't be back.
This is the second vineyard visited this summer. It felt completely like a Sonoma Valley family winery. It helped that the weather was sunny, dry and high 70s. The tasting was actually really good and I ended up buying two bottles - Pinot Gris and the one red served cold that tasted just like sangria. Yummy!
We were there on a Friday to check out the wines in the tasting room and explored the stunning property. Came back again Saturday for the Wicked Wine Run with 2000+ people, food trucks, 5K and great band. Can't wait to come back. Would recommend highly to anyone planning on visiting the area
Went to the wicked wine run on Sat night but the place was too busy to be able to wine taste and visit the winery. Decided to come back the next day. Adorable place. Wine was a little to sweet for me since I prefer the drier varieties but my husband liked it. Loved playing with the goats and got... 更多
We visited for a birthday party with a group of 8 people. The wine was somewhere between cough syrup and fruit juice. They had made it clear on their website that they were setting up for a run after 3pm. We arrived at 2 and were asked twice to move our cars. It was 6$ for a tasting- dont waste... 更多
We stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and enjoyed a private wine tasting. The six dollar tasting is quite reasonable. This vineyard has produced some respectable wines. We came home with two bottles of rose, a sweet white Muscat Pinot Grigio and a raspberry dessert wine. They have a beautiful spot in the country. If you are a runner, they... 更多
We have been to several wine tastings in the Stillwater area and each one has average to below average tasting wines. There were six tastings for $6 with the rose tasting the best. We just couldn't drink three of the tastings. There was a fun band playing on Saturday afternoon. Picnic tables under trees are available to drink wine and... 更多
We went here on way to Stillwater usually make a stop. The nice thing about them is they rotate the wines they have for tasting..today they were light on whites and more into reds ( which is the opposite of how I drink wine-I Like Reds in winter, whites in summer) I wasn't pleased with either of the white offerings... 更多
My sisters and I were visiting Stillwater for the weekend. There was a private party going on,but we were still able to purchase a glass and have a seat on the deck. They had live music being played with unusual instruments we later looked up on the Internet. It was a fun time visiting and enjoying the music.
