Great University to attend. Great programs in Nursing, Education, and the Arts. My Sister graduated from SCU with a BA in Social Work. She just loved the campus and the wonderful Professors.
This is an excellent liberal arts school on a beautiful urban campus. There is a sister campus in the Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis, close to the Mississippi River. The Saint Paul campus is close to shopping districts, theatres, banks, etc.
Beautiful parklike campus. There are some guided tours with students giving a brief history of some of the buildings. Check out the architecture of the chapel. Enjoy the pond and relax in the shade under a tree.
The O'Shaugnessy offers top-notch entertainment, the Catherine G. Murphy Gallery has interesting art and the student center has everything from computers and coffee shops to a lovely ballroom, but even if you are not attending an event, simply strolling the campus provides an enchanting experience.
The campus is gorgeous! We attended a concert at the O'Shaughnessy Theatre. The theatre is just the right size so no seat is bad. We could see and hear everything perfectly! Our only complaint is that 30 minutes into the concert it got very warm and a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great time!
The College is on a beautiful campus. It's situated close to other campuses and both Minneapolis and St Paul. Have enjoyed several performances at o'Shaughnessy auditorium.
There is plenty of hidden birds on this campus and worth taking a camera to inspire your thoughts. Park on the Street and plan for a walk through the gates on Cleveland. There are many things to stroll by like English gardens and architecture. The stroll exudes stories that only an all women's college as old as this could tell.... 更多
St. Catherine University has two campuses. The St. Paul campus is focused on four year baccalaureate programs along with advanced degrees. The centerpiece is the College for Women. The Minneapolis campus offers certificate and two year associate degree programs along with advanced degrees. The student population is largely women but many programs are also available to men. The two campuses... 更多
Beautiful grounds for a walk in St. Paul. The campus on Cleveland has a difficult entrance, but I recommend parking along the iron fence and strolling around and up the hill. Watch for a student and ask her where you need to be kissed to become a Catie. Then, in that spot, if the moment and person is right--well, you... 更多
My goddaughter has started attending St. Kate's this year as a freshman. It's a lovely, small liberal arts college for women. They do have graduate programs that are open to both women and men. Their auditorium, The O'Shaugnessy hosts theatre productions and the MN Ballet that are open to the public. The college is in a great location. So far,... 更多
