The Motherwell homestead is located off the main highway between Fort Quapple and Yorkton. The main house is quite impressive as is the big red barn. They have a couple large events every summer. The event included music by the Regina Symphony Orchestra, hay rides, booths, and of course food.
A wonderful experience of a working agricultural farm at the turn of the century. Staff dress in period costume and are knowledgeable about the workings of the farm. Once a year the Regina Symphony Orchestra preforms at the Homestead for the afternoon. Dinners are served through the summer and family activities are available. We had a thoroughly wonderful afternoon here.
