This is a super place to take the grandchildren when they come for a visit. It is great fun for all ages. There is a variety of climbing and swinging toys. If the weather is nice, count on the park to be very busy, but there is room for all.
This is a hidden treasure for kids and adults, it offer a great place to picnic as well as a great place for the kids to explore and discover.
We LOVE Elm Creek Park Reserve - there are so many great things about it. In the winter, we enjoy the tubing park and sledding hill. When our kids were young, they took group lessons for skiing and snowboarding here and it was a great place for them to gain confidence and master the basics (great staff!). In the summer,... 更多
There is so much to do within this beautiful Park Reserve. We have Walked, Biked, Skied, Swam, spent time at the Nature Center making Maple Syrup, went sledding, etc.... This is a tucked away sight and so peaceful.
The play ground is top-notch with unique activities & a rubbery surface to cushion falls. The children will LOVE it! There are miles of trails for hiking & biking & the trails are varied in character from prairie, lakeside, & wooded. It's a chance to get close to nature, to view birds that aren't typically in our yards as well... 更多
As an avid mountain biker/racer, I was really pleased to see the trail network at Elm Creek. There's really something for everyone - 2 miles of easy trails that even accommodate adaptive bicycles, some 8 miles of moderate difficulty and another 2 miles of more difficult trails (which have fun log features and a few bridges). There's not much in... 更多
I take my son here at least once a week. The playground is great for multiple age groups. The swim pond is clean. I buy a summer pass as it pays for itself after a few visits. The pool is busy mid-morning. The walking trails are well maintained. There are plenty of picnic tables available for meals.
Many interesting displays in the Eastman Nature Center. Some are interactive and the small children were having a great time. Check the Three Rivers Park District web site to see what activities are planned. We saw apple cider demonstration last week. Worth a stop if you want to be outside and need a activity to keep the kids interested. Or... 更多
