A good place to spend an hour or more. The shop is nice and the museum has good authentic dioramas of Michigan nature. The proprietor is knowledgable in her craft of taxidermy. She and her husband are true artists. The arrowhead display is massive and well displayed. Good for kids in 2nd grade and up. Her hollyhocks are beautiful!
This was a hoot! We've driven by a hundred times and decided to stop in. The taxidermy exhibits are so much fun to see. Very educational if you've got kids with you. The woman working there was quite knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They had lots of interesting stuff for sale. The museum was nice and it was free of charge, but they accept donations...Nice unique experience. Would recommend.

The displays were realistic with an eclectic collection of wildlife. It was fun for all ages and cheap entertainment for the family. My 1 year old daughter even enjoyed herself and got an adorable hot... 更多
Guntzviller's store is great -- full of moccasins and other really nice Minnetonka items. If you go through a doorway, you enter the museum. It's bigger than it appears from the outside. There are many native Michigan species featured, but also many other animals. They are displayed in realistic settings with information available for each. It's a good way to... 更多
