I love TC. I love this beach. It's like a little secret off the beaten path. My husband keeps a screensaver of the lovely boats that are anchored there on his computer in the winter to remind him of the beauty this state has to offer in the NON-SNOW months!!! Such a wonderful place for a quiet family picnic.
A 15 minute drive north of Traverse city on 37. A very clear, sandy beach with plenty of parking. Not busy on a Friday afternoon. The restroom was OK but smelled HORRIBLE. No Fee. Would go back next time we are in the area.
The drive alone was very scenic to get to the beach. The beach itself was very nice. I liked the size of it. The water was so clear and pretty. I would definitely go back.
What a pretty little area! The water was lovely and beach didn't feel crowded or loud. Scenery was great too. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Like others have said, this basically used to be a "locals-only" beach and mostly only those living in Old Mission knew about it. It's definitely been discovered, but we still found it less crowded than most other beaches in TC proper and very beautiful. Don't forget to drive around the area a little bit and enjoy the ride from the... 更多

We used to love Haserot beach. It was always pretty secluded, but over the last few years we've noticed a huge increase in visitors to the beach and sadly it's definitely no longer a secret or serene beach. We went today for the first time this summer and the beach was packed, right from the boat launch to the other... 更多
