Located in the Citadelle. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We went on the official tour of the Citadelle and Catacombs (6€). Takes about 1 hour and is excellent. In high season there is one tour a day in English. Starts from the tourist information office.

We are on holiday in blaye for a week we where last here 10 years ago, it gets even better lots to see and do!
We visited here with our 13 and 11 year old. A must visit whilst in Bayeux as the cemetery is very moving. Although a `British` war cemetery there were plenty of other nationals as well. Beautifully kept, historically important and pleased that we went.
Amazing place to visit. We took the English tour of the tunnels and it was good value at 6 euros each. Lots of history and hidden places. Takes water with you as it got very hot when we visited. Didn't realise you could also camp within the citadel.
