This is a truly beautiful lake and so clear. The beach area is great and within walking distance of renting kayaks or eating at the cafe. Plan on spending the day and having a picnic lunch, you won't be disappointed.
First time to visit this particular lake and was not disappointed. The water is indeed crystal clear and clean. Stayed for a week and would have liked to been there longer.

This is one of the prettiest lakes I have seen. It has such beautiful clear water and it would make a great place to go kayaking. The people in the area are very friendly. You must go for a nice sunset.

There are more than 11,000 inland lakes in Michigan and this is one of the top dozen. The others are Torch, Glen, Walloon, Elk and a few others. The best is the one you vacationed on when you were a kid. There is an nonsensical saying in Northwestern Michigan that such n such a lake was voted by National Geographic... 更多
