This is a beautiful beach to visit with great views of the sand dunes. There are a lot of stones on the beach if that is something of interest. The lighthouse is interesting, and is open to the public at certain times. We enjoyed the sunset on this beach.
This beach was really pretty. There is a bit of a walk as you have to get past the dunes but it was worth it. If you are easily chilled by cold water, this isn't the place for you as the water was quite cold. It was better when the time came in though. Do bring water shoes as the... 更多
We chose this beach due to it being on the ocean, and the kids wanted waves. We were her in late July of a very hot summer. The water was "refreshing"! My husband says this translates to f-ing cold! Once you took the plunge, you got accustomed....it has everything you need. Bathrooms, showers, and faucets outside to rinse your feet,... 更多
We spent a charming Monday night listening to a band at the Gazebo. The beach has a band every Monday night during the summer starting after 6 pm. The kids had fun playing on the beach and saw some seals in the water. There are signs warning of Great White Sharks. Enjoy
We prefer Coast Guard Beach--even though you have to take a shuttle or bike in, the hassle is worth it. There are less bodies and the water is warmer. I cannot do anything but wade in at Nauset because it's like ice ice baby. There are also a ton of rocks and if you're a tenderfoot like me they hurt... 更多
We spent the day at Nauset Beach to give the kids a different experience from the bay side of Cape Cod where the water is much calmer. The beach is huge, clean and had plenty of shoreline and the waves were terrific for the kids to play in. There are wonderful amenities including a clam shack and beach furniture rentals.... 更多
Beautiful beach on the ocean. Large parking lot and ample space to sun on the beach or swim in the ocean. One of the only beaches from Chatham to Provincetown that doesn't have lots of stairs and you can virtually walk onto the beach. Also, has food concession where you can buy fish, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.
This is a lovely beach. Be aware, the water can be cold and when the tide is high, it can be a little daunting to get in (there's a drop) and out of (catch a wave) of the water. Great waves to ride. Liam's clam shack is RIGHT ON THE BEACH should you need sustenance or beverages. $20/day parking is... 更多
