This is a burial ground that goes back to the 17th century, is easily accessible, has great views of the surrounding area, and is very well kept by a proud community. Worth a visit for those who are interested in early American history.

Old Burial Hill is a hidden treasure with one of the best views in town. Redd's Pond is adjacent to it. Kids fish and people race remote controlled boats. Visit the graves themselves. The headstones tell many a story.
Commune with the 17th and 18th centuries up here while admiring the gorgeous views. Contemplate the losses during the great storm and the Revolutionary War, wonder at the interesting carved artwork on the ancient gravestones. Plenty of places to sit and admire the views while thinking about your place in time. Terrain is challenging for those whose mobility is limited.
