I started skiing here when I was about four years old. It's a welcoming spot staffed mostly by volunteers. For example, I went up through the ski school and then, when I had qualified, helped my high school French teacher work with a bunch of kindergarteners.
Titcomb Mountain is a small mountain located in Farmington, Maine. Inexpensive lift tickets compared to the big mountain skiing in Maine. No separate locker rooms for males & females. What a great little place to learn how to ski or to get out for a few quick runs. Very family friendly and a reminder of the "good old days" of skiing. No high speed anything and no need to be fancy. Would recommend to anyone looking for family friendly winter fun.
