This is a very large park that has something for everyone. It has an 18 hole golf course, a huge playground with a small splash park, a frisbee gold course, and hiking, running....on and on and on.
I've been to this venue three separate times and I'll gladly drive the the two and half hours it takes for me to catch a show here. It's an extremely intimate music venue for its size. It's a must for anyone that's an avid music lover.
After driving around the park for a bit, we did finally see the start of a hiking trail. There are no signs or indications of where trails start. The hike itself was ok, there were some pretty spots. Also along the trail there was a lot of garbage in some places. The trail took us up to the lookout point... 更多
This is one of the best parks in Louisville. The grounds are kept clean, the playground works for all children. The amphitheater is amazing.
Iroquois Park is easily accessible from I265 or I264. It features activities for all ages. We utilize the riding trails and for a park in the city, the trails provide an escape from most of the city life. While some of the trails aren't the best marked and criss cross with other activity areas, it still a good ride.
The is a good little park with a fun hike up the paved hill. It isn't in the greatest part of town so I recommend visiting during the day. I've always visited it in a group. I've also heard many people say not to visit at night. I did this once with just one other person and was a little... 更多
I was raised near the park and love what it has to offer. The Iroquois Amphitheater offer free events so check that out. Nice play ground walking trails and more. grab a picnic and have a wonderful day.
We used to go walking at this park all of the time and take the kids to the playground (there is a splash fountain) occasionally. The loop around the park is a nice walk/run/bike ride..it took me about an hour to complete it. Now, the playground? I don't know how else to say this except that when it's warm outside... 更多
Iroquois park is really a great park. You can go to the top of the hills & see all over Louisville. It is safe to walk around the loops for a total of about 8 miles if you do both the down & up loop. Great outdoor ampitheater. Free monthly movies during the summer.
