This museum mainly focuses on the Civil War Western Theatre. (TN, KY, GA). The dioramas were very good. A nice stop if you are in the area, and enjoy history.
It's an interesting place. Very quaint. The displays are varied from amazing to only fair. The history was well presented and interesting. We walked through the old homes and buildings next door. That was very interesting. I recommend it.

This is a very well managed museum with a lot of artifacts on display. You can spend a lot of time there if you have the time. We would recommend this to people who have an interest in history.
This is a very simple but nicely done museum. I enjoyed the artifacts on display, and recommend this as an interesting way to spend an hour. There's not much to it, but it was worth the low admission fee.
Good museum to browse. The staff is available to answer questions. Good exhibit regarding prohibition.
Museum has a great collection of letters, pictures, facts and figures of the Civil War, please make sure that you allow plenty of time to go over the information on every exhibition. Then you can go outside and walk around the original structures and tools that give you a glimpse of what life what about that time
