We visited the Benjamin Harrison home yesterday and really enjoyed it The home was lovely and very well preserved. Our guide Jane was simply the best! I learned so much!! If you ever are in Indianapolis. You simply must take time to stop here
Very nice home to visit. The home is well preserved and the guide was very knowledgeable about President Harrison. Neat things to see and a good place to visit when in Indianapolis.
This presidential site is very enjoyable. Knowledgeable docents give you a full and relaxed tour of the home and discuss the president's life. Much of the furniture is original. Exhibits on the top floor change from time to time. It is a beautiful home and rich with history. Well worth visiting.

The docent had a remarkable knowledge of Harrison and his family and knew the home & art & furniture. I don't think there was... 更多
Never learned much about the 23rd President in school. This tour was spectacular!!!! Learned about the man, the family, and the times. My kids were very impressed. Great snapshot of the late 1800's in America. Tour guide was phenomenal!!! Telling anyone going to Indy to take an hour and learn about their country and a solid President.
We visited the home on July 4th and had a very nice time. Seeing the presidents house was very neat and historical. The staff was very friendly and played the parts well. The tour lasts around an hour and there were games for the kids to play.
Special programs and an Ice Cream Social at the Benjamin Harrison Home made it a fun 4th of July afternoon for us, our children and our grandchildren. There were 1890s games on the lawn--croquet, hoop rolling, etc.--music and a "balloon man" fashioning balloon hats and things for the kids. The home offered free group tours with presentations by the characters... 更多

The entrance fee is $10 for adults with discounts for seniors (over 65) and AAA (one discount per AAA member) The tour takes 1.5 hours and you cover three floors. We took the stairs... 更多
