Even has a coffee house operational inside that serves good drinks. They have nearly everything or can get it for you. Very understanding in general and concerned about good services.
I visit this library with my son on a fairly regular basis. The entire bottom level of the building is the children's library, and it is extensive with books, music and videos. There are interactive play areas for the kids and a few cute book nooks for reading. If you are planning to go check the library calendar for current... 更多
This is a pretty historic Library. Founded in 1874, the building dates from 1918. It is actually called the "Urbana Free Library." The day we visited the Library there were tons of people there; a really good thing. What impressed me the most was the first floor "display" for DVDs and CDs that were available to be checked out. I've... 更多
This is my favorite place in town. The staff is totally cheerful and helpful, the collection is linked to many other libraries, DVDs are no extra charge, the on-line access and wait-list is great, and my daughter can even wait-list books and CDs she thinks I should look over
BEST PLACE to go with my grandchildren. Staff are so kind and friendly and the amount of fun things for my 3 and 5 yr old grandchildren keep them busy all day! They especially love the ART MART train tables and the little house with multitudes of play food, puzzles, a great assortment of books galore. I the live in... 更多

I must admit that I still read books. For it's size it has a very good selection. If you cannot find the one you want, they will either order a copy for you or put you on the wait list. Their collection of CDs and movies is very impressive as well. Oh yes, they also offer Internet access. As Roger... 更多

We like checking out latest movies and books. It was a pleasant surprise to find new releases available to borrow; for the movies, if you can't wait for your turn in queue, you can rent a copy. It is so convenient to visit and there is a coffee shop if you just want to stay indoors and enjoy your book... 更多
Any time you need to relax and just read a book or magazine you can zip on in to Urbana and present your library card. They will help you find any book in their registry and give you a great experience. Just across Race Street is Lincoln Square which has a lot of great shops and a wonderful food cooperative.
