Even with part of the falls shut off for construction efforts, the falls are still amazing. It has a nice park, easy access and plenty of displays to learn about the falls, the Snake River and local history
Regardless of the water flow, the area around the falls is great for hiking and exploring. Low water year this year meant not as much action on the falls as some years, but this is still a beautiful place to visit. You should hike the trails and go to all the lookouts. Even with lower water levels, the falls are such an amazing site.
