I am from South Texas, going to the resort was something very different for me. Aside from the cold temperatures, experiencing snow was awesome! I did not go skiing, maybe next time I'll work up my courage to do so. Instead, I did snow shoeing and I thought it was easier than it looks but boy was I wrong. It... 更多
Bogus is a great ski/snowboard resort. 2 lodges (plus a small yurt open only on weekends). Doesn't seem to matter the day, you can always find good runs at Bogus. Its unique layout means you have tons of options - groomer/park/powder/trees. The lift lines aren't bad unless you are there Sat/Sun afternoons, the lodges have good food and drinks that... 更多
I was in Boise on business travel. All my colleagues recommended this place as something to do. I took their advice and headed there. I have never skied before so I made a reservation for lessons at the Nordic center up there. It was a wonderful experience and well worth the price. I would do it again in a heartbeat.... 更多
Great and quick skiing location just outside Boise ID, beautifully groomed and actually surprisingly expansive and partially challenging slopes. The Simplot lodge at the start of the lifts is nice, not too big, food decent, very reasonable pricing, great for families; our grandchildren love it.
We went as a family with friends. 3 kids age 10-15 and my wife and I. The lift prices are reasonable but even better with local discounts found on their website. The drive up is windy and slow but you do get to enjoy the deer in the side of the road. It's pretty well maintained during the season but... 更多
This place is great! You're not as high up as the mountains in Colorado so the runs aren't as challenging and don't take as long to get down, but still very fun! I don't ski black diamonds, I stick to blue in Colorado and here included. The blues just weren't quite as scary as Colorado so I found it perfect... 更多
We went to Bogus the first week of January 2017. The snow was good and the runs were well maintained. The lifts were functional and comfortable. We went up on a weekday so there were no real lines and had a great time.
Our first time skiing at Bogus and it is a gem. It is much larger and has more varied terrain than we expected. Resort venue and facilities are excellent. The Bogus burgers and chili fries and selection of brews hit the spot after a day on the slopes. We can't wait to go back!
