We went to see their Christmas production of "In-Laws, Outlaws and Other People Who Should Be Shot". We found it to be an enjoyable evening. While there were different levels of skill amongst performers we still had a good time with family and friends. Where else can you go for a little more than the cost of a movie ticket...
If you are not local, the location can be a little difficult to locate. Don't let that stop you it is behind the Walmart to the right in an Industrial Park.
We've seen multiple productions here. I love the comedies. It's local performers that vary from one production to the next.
Sometimes they offer summer camps to youth.
The troupe started several years ago in the school auditorium of nearby Tate GA (hence the name). They have grown into their own building with comfortable theater seating. They put on 5 or 6 shows a year. All of their productions are entertaining, but I like the comedies the best.
For a small town local theater this place is really nice. The all volunteer staff is very friendly. The theater is clean with excellent, comfortable seating.
