We weren't brave enough to walk up. My hubby dropped my son and I at the top and we walked down. I dropped hubby and other son at ADA entrance which is the most spectacular view of the falls and they walked down. The Smoky Mountains and surrounds are great, but this is well worth the visit and a place we will go back to again. The walks, views and the Hotel lodge at the top are great rewards for the $5 parking fee you pay on entering the park. Even though it was a sunny day and the stream above and below... 更多
Going down is easy but going back up is the hard part! If you're able to do so, definitely worth a hike down. The walkway is close to the falls and it's absolutely amazing to see and hear!
