I enjoy the trail and being surrounded by the nature. The trail runs over Big Creek multiple times. Forsyth County Arborists placed signs which can teach both children and adults more about identifying trees (and poison ivy!!). This trail is great for people of all ages and fitness levels
We love going to this trail to ride our bikes as a family. It's usually pretty busy but the scenery is always a treat. Lots of variety, swampy marsh, Meadows, forest. We usually see at least some wildlife as well. I love all the boardwalks and the bridges. Always a delight.
Great spot in Cumming and nice job by the local govt to keep this nice and private. The bikers need to slow it down per it gets packed on weekends. Great pace during the week though to get a ruck in or nice run. If it rains a few days in a row, it will probably be closed per swamp... 更多
This is a great place to walk, run, or bike! It's kid and pet friendly and useable no matter the time of the year! The really cool thing is the greenway is in the middle of this commercial metropolis but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere! You can do up to a thirteen mile round trip... 更多
This is a great place for a long run. I have always felt safe, as there are frequently police on bikes and lots of other walkers, bikes and runners. It is flat and great scenary.
My husband and I drive an hour to run our long runs here on the weekends. I love the mix of the boardwalks and cement. We park at the Bethalview Trail Head parking lot where there are nice bathrooms. The trail to the left toward downtown Cumming is now open, but after the first mile gets very steep for a... 更多
The Bethelview Road entrance now allows you to walk north on the new trail as well as walk south all the way to the McFarland Road trail head. Water and restrooms are available at Bethelview parking lot. The North trail has one huge hill, but there are resting levels so as to take it at your own pace. South trail... 更多
concrete paths and wooden bridges are great for biking or walking ! trails go quite a long distance and it is quite scenic with wildlife and the creek ! Well maintained, too! Weekends get a bit crowded ... better to go here during the week !
This is such a peaceful trail to ride your bike, run or walk. Parking is a little difficult regardless of which entrance you use but that can also depend on when you go. Suggestion to parents with little ones...be careful on the weekends if you have little ones on their bikes as the path can get congested and you have... 更多
