We visited Weeki Wachee for the first time recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to see the regular mermaid show and the siren's show, which is made up of ladies who performed in the 60's and 70's. I might have been disappointed in the first show but the sirens made up for it! Quite an inspiration to see... 更多
We understood that the compressor was not working, so the mermaids had to work with portable equipment. It was also the first cold, rainy weekend in Florida this winter!! The park lowered the rate to $5 which was reasonable. Two mermaids put on a good show for 15 mins. with the portable hoses. Then we enjoyed the chilly 20 min.... 更多
I enjoyed the time spent there. We happened to go on a day that they had the legendary 'sirens' who performed back in the late 60's into the 70's, and they still had it going on! The younger mermaids performed 'the little mermaid' which I thought was fun! Ursula rocked it! The water slide, tiki bar, and restaurants in that... 更多
If you time it right you can see the park, the first mermaid show and make the last launch time for a canoe rental. We've been to this park twice and it's important to note that it can get very busy so it's wise to check to see if they are having an event and always call ahead to reserve... 更多
Mermaids alive and well! We enjoyed the show and the river cruise. One price covers everything. I would love to see their merchandising expanded with more mermaid stuff for silly adults like me! Why should little girls have all the fun? River cruise is short- looks like a nice kayaking or SUP locale, and rentals are available.
We really enjoyed seeing the three main attractions and the manatees in the warm waters. The mermaid show was refreshing in not copying Disney. The motel 6 across the street was nice, economical and very friendly.
Rented kayaks for a 3 hour ride down the river. The adventure was great with lots of relaxation and sightseeing (lots of fish and a small group of mantene). Most of the time you can ride the current but I must warn you the last half mile required paddling as there was no current. It took about 20 minutes to... 更多
We were visiting Orlando and decided to go see the famous Mermaids. Off season, the schedules that are on the website really don't apply except for the mermaid show. The boat ride didn't start at 10 as advertised. Really only 3 things to do...see the wildlife show which was at our show a snake, a turtle and a tortoise, and... 更多
I took my 9 yr old granddaughter. The day we went there was an issue with compressor for mermaids. Our admission was $5 for me & she was free. The water slide area is closed during this time of year. I was aware prior to visit. We weren't looking to go swimming at this visit. The timing of our visit... 更多
Disappointed with the entire experience! Very poor animal program after showing us two turtles, a snake and baby alligator. The presenter was ohhhh so boring. We waited anywhere between an hour to hour and a half for food at the food cafe. Over an hour wait for a boat ride and saw three birds. Disappointed we did not get to... 更多
