McKee Botanical Gardens was so beautiful! The employees were very helpful and pleasant. I was given a map to help me understand where I was and what I was seeing while I was walking through the trails. Enjoyed walking around the grounds and the historical information provided. Good source of information about local flora. Quiet and serene. Also came in Dec for the Festival of Lights which was fun.
My friend took me here while visiting and it was a fun, lovely garden. Great pictures were available everywhere. Amazing how Legos were used for everyday things. Pleasurable for all ages.
This was a very nice break from the hussle and bussle of the local traffic and shopping. We were lucky to find a special Legos exhibit which has since gone, but the grounds, the history, and the gardens were very nice.
My friend and I visited the beautiful gardens while the amazing Lego sculptures were on display. They were so beautiful and amazing when you realized one man did all of them. We always visit McKee when this friend visits to enjoy the flowers and gardens. One of my favorite places.

We went for special giant Lego exhibit. Entry is $12. There is a good cafe on site and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It is all beautifully kept and somewhere peaceful to visit.
I drove 90 min to get here and worth it. So pretty. Nice ponds and streams. Beautiful foliage and some florida history. Hit a local sandwich shop, an intercostal park and Mulligans restaurant. Great day.
