Played this course for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago. Straight driving is essential, though, if you are in the trees it generally is not a lost ball. This course is a lot older than the normal Orlando courses but is in good condition - tees were a little bit scruffy in places, but the fairways ans greens... 更多
The golf course at Rio Pinar is a very nastalgic. The design is very challenging yet pleasant to play. The course is shared by a very unique looking animal; a cross perhaps between a racoon and a squirrel. Regardless, they add to the ambiance of this quaint and old time feel. The golf club offers a very nice lunch; dont... 更多
I have played this course several times and have found it to be in good shape and very challenging. It has narrow fairways with trees everywhere and demands straight golf shots or plan on bringing a chain saw. Staff friendly. Bring some little munchies for the squirrels, they will come right up to your cart.
Nice tourist-friendly Florida golf course. Mostly wide-open fairways but lots of challenges. Reasonable greens fees. Very friendly staff. Great set of Calloway rental clubs. I loved the history of the place, having hosted the PGA Orlando Open in the 1960s. Will go back next time I am in the area.
Great old golf course in good condition at a reasonable price. Don't miss it when your in the area. Old Palmer course with a lot of history.
I played Rio Pinar with my family on New Years Eve and enjoyed it a lot! The course is pretty flat and only had a few holes with narrow fairways. The whole course was very well maintained and was in great condition! I guess they were running a special but we each played 18 with a cart for $30. A... 更多
We found this course to be a tremendous value during the week. We paid $34 per person including lunch. A draft beer added only $2 more. Course was in generally good condition though a few of the tee boxes were a little beat up. The greens rolled true. Layout was fairly open with quite a few doglegs. Our foursome finished... 更多
Overall a beautiful golf course. It was not to busy. This course was booked online. When actually getting there we had to pay additional for club rentals and many others plus a deposit is required. Accidentally broke an expensive club and had to pay to replace.
Very poor condition, weeds in the traps also no maintenance done to Any traps. Par 3 tee area looked like a field. We had 10 players all very dissatisfied. Advised head pro was not concerned. Would not visit again This is a $ 15 per round course.
