Great place for a conference - the hotel was fantastic, newly renovated and very impressive. Clam Pass is the beach that you can access by a short walk on a wood boardwalk that is shaded with tall trees. The beach is private and enjoyable for little kids. Great place to picnic too.
You can only reach the beach by a little trolley or golf cart they run continually from ope to close. You could also walk through the mangroves by way of a wooden walkway but it's a pretty good distance. They have a great little restaurant with a wooden deck overlooking the beach.
Beach access is shared with Naples Grande Resort Hotel and requires that you either walk 0.6 miles or take a shuttle golf cart to the beach. Water and beach was clean.
Recently stayed in the Naples Hilton and found the perfect walk in the morning was from my hotel to Clam Park Pass. Less than a mile to the parking lot, then you can hop on the free tram that takes you on the boardwalk through the Mangroves to the beach. A quiet beach that has bathrooms, concession stand, and rentals.... 更多
Visited with our two young sons (aged 8 and 5) and was in awe at this beach. We took a cart down to the beach. Steve the driver from the Naples Grande Hotel was fantastic. Friendly and full of great info/tips - he even showed us an alligator in the freshwater pond by the hotel. The beach is stunning with... 更多
We had a great day at Clam Pass Beach. The ride to the beach in the cart was fun, and to my big surprise, we could fit with all our beach gear. It was also fun to float in the natural lazy river, although I must admit that I was a bit nervous about potential alligators. We didn't see any,... 更多
What a fab day! Parking was easy but, word of warning, $8 one-off charge takes credit card only. We came only with cash but a very kind gentleman paid for us and refused to take the cash! Many thanks to him. You take a free trolley cart down to the beach through mangroves, just a couple of minutes but would... 更多
This is our favorite public beach in Naples. The trolley rides down the boardwalk are very convenient and the drivers are friendly and very knowledgable about Naples. The boardwalk's view of the mangroves is really a sight to see. The bathrooms are clean and the beach is absolutely beautiful! It never feels crowded and the shells we found were plentiful!
If you have little ones (or big ones who are looking for more than another beach), this is a great spot. Park and then pack up your stuff for a quick ride down the boardwalk on an XL golf cart. You could also walk down the boardwalk, but the ride is half the fun! The boardwalk ends at a lovely... 更多
